SERVICES

Art Shippers offers you a nail-to-nail service: from the stall of the work of its support to the place of departure through the hanging at the place of arrival through all the intermediate stages.

Transport

Heart of our profession, whether by air, sea or land, Art Shippers will transport your works safely and discreetly as soon as possible, in groupage or by special transport. Do not hesitate to ask us for a quote. We operate only through our own vehicles specially equipped to transport artworks and load works up to 285 cm high and several tons of weight.

Storage

We offer 5,500 m2 of storage exclusively dedicated to works of art, protected by various alarms to INCERT3 standard, security cameras monitored remotely, security patrols. All our surfaces are of course heated and ventilated but we also have areas under climatic control. We can store your artworks in general storage or in private box.

Truck Hotel

If you are a fine art transport company, we welcome your trucks in our depots for the night and in safety.

Packaging and handling

Protecting your most valuable goods requires a packaging that is suitable for all types of media, sizes, weights and fragility: from simple packaging in softpack to handling cranes for a 15 ton sculpture, we always offer you a solution adapted to your needs and to the the objects’ specificity to handle and pack

Customs formalities

Whether for an export or import, whether the transaction is temporary or permanent, with Art Shippers, you are certain that your customs documents are professionally followed.

Viewing room et studio photo

We can hang works in our air-conditioned room and receive your clients in any discretion. We also have a professional photo studio capable of hosting the largest rooms.

Insurance

Art Shippers works exclusively with Eeckman Art Insurance, a company specialized in the insurance of artworks.

Installation

Art Shippers puts at your disposal teams of professional installers, who can usefully advise you in the choices to make in installation.

Bonded warehouse

We propose to store your imported works from outside Europe under customs, which means that import VAT is suspended as long as your coins remain with us. It is even possible to relocate the works under customs warehouse at home ! Do not hesitate to contact us.

Studio Nicolas Lemmens

The studio Nicolas Lemmes conservation and restoration works of art has in our buildings a studio of 400 m2 (add shortcut to www.nicolaslemmensstudio.com).
